She gave me a different perspective and tons of courage. I still remember when we first spoke and said that I was a free woman. I’d never considered myself in that light before and with such a sense of accomplishment. She then offered me to join the course, which I loved. By sharing my journey of discovery with other people with similar backgrounds, I could see my path more nuancedly. I also feel that my thinking is much less monolithic

I always looked forward to speaking with Regan in our sessions. Her sense of positive energy eradicated any sense of trepidation in me, her warmth and genuine character really shone through Zoom to make it feel as if you were in the same room together. Outside of the sessions themselves, Regan also let me know that she was thinking of me, taking the experience beyond the merely transactional. Her sense of care and authenticity really make working with her unique.

Regan has helped me on a journey to rediscover my life after many challenging changes happened in my life at the same time and overwhelmed me.   She has helped me to better understand the emotional, intellectual, creative and practical aspects of my personality, and to face in to my dark place and find that it isn't as dark as I had thought.  I am much happier than when we started. 

She helped me embrace my leadership role when I was close to quitting. My people-pleasing meant I wasn’t able to effectively lead. I didn’t know what was my burden or my job and what belonged to other people. Working on inner saboteurs was interesting.

Regan accompanied me in an exercise that permitted me to open my eyes to personal and professional options that I might never have been able to structure. She’s professional, intuitive and has an excellent capacity to listen and spar with her clients.
