Hi, I’m Regan.

I’ve been there too!

I’ve burrowed my way many timesthrough the brambles of career transitions and self-doubt to get to a place that is resonant for me now.

And I’ve learned that it’s never too late to design a life that fits the person you have become. Along the way, I’ve learned that purpose isn’t fixed- it changes as you move through life.

Fulfilment at 25 isn’t the same as fulfilment at 35 or 55.

My own search for meaning has given me a deep affinity with those who are hungry to make something more- something else- of their life.

I know the courage it takes to step into the unknown—and the relief of realising you don’t have to do it alone.

The road not taken

I’ve always sought to feel aligned with the work I do. This has led me to change professions several times. Ten years ago, while doing a Fashion Management master’s degree in Paris, I realised that the path that I was chasing wasn’t mine any more.

But my classmates began seeking me out for guidance on their own career and life transition.

I discovered what truly lit me up: helping others navigate their crossroads and give themselves permission to create a life that excites them.
